EasyChair has several kinds of PC members and corresponding roles, including

The functionality of PC members is determined by the conference and track configurations. Generally, they are in charge of

In addition, chairs are in charge of

In a multi-track version the same person can have more than one PC member roles. He or she can be a PC member at any number of tracks and also a superchair.
