The research has a quantitative approach of correlational scope, with a non-experimental design of a cross-sectional type. The sample is the total population of the study unit, which is 24. The results show that there is a non-significant correlation between job satisfaction and organizational climate. The dimensions of the organizational climate with the greatest influence on workers are: autonomy, cohesion and innovation; likewise, an inverse correlation of the pressure dimension was found.
