These data are necessary for calculating the Unitary Production Ratio (UPR) indicators, from which it is possible to calculate the Labor Productivity Loss (LPL) indicator of each work in order to satisfactorily evaluate the management of their production, taking into account the various factors that influence the efficiency of the results analyzed, such as weather, personnel, among others. For the evaluation of these indicators, the data were treated using the analytical model of the productivity calculation, with the comparison between the UPR obtained for each service, and as the main result, it was observed, from the comparison between the average LPL obtained in both works, greater management efficiency in the first work compared to the second. The main contribution of this paper is related to the analysis of the LPL as an instrument to aid in the management of civil works, through a case study carried out in the field.
