Join us for an evening featuring a Poster Session for Mid-Hudson Valley college students in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, and Science fields. This would be a perfect avenue to showcase your projects, foster collaboration between industry and academia, and network with leading professionals and innovators.

Accepted posters will be evaluated by a panel of judges. Winning posters may be invited to present at future Meetup events and other professional avenues.
Submission Guidelines
The poster session is open to 2-year and 4-year college students. Submitted abstracts should be in the areas of Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, and Technology. To participate, please submit your Title, Author(s), and a brief abstract of your work (under 200 words).
Note: All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference.
Venue
The conference will be held in Bard College, 31 Campus Rd, Annandale-On-Hudson, NY 12504.
