Brief History
Since its establishment in 2006, the International Conference on Computer Science and Education (ICCSE) has been successfully held in multiple cities, including Xiamen, Wuhan, Kaifeng, Nanning, Hefei, Lishui, Singapore, Melbourne, Sri Lanka, Vancouver, Cambridge, Nagoya, Houston, Delft, Lancaster, Ningbo, Selangor Darul Ehsan, and Fukui. Over the past 20 years, ICCSE has grown into an important global platform for academic exchange in computer science education at universities.
Many internationally renowned experts, including IEEE fellows and leading scholars across various fields, have actively participated in the conference and delivered keynote speeches. Outstanding researchers, scientists, technical experts, and engineers from universities, research institutions, and industries worldwide have contributed valuable academic work through papers and presentations. ICCSE has successfully established a platform for academic exchange and collaboration among universities, research institutions, and industry.
About ICCSE 2026
We are pleased to announce that the 20th International Conference on Computer Science and Education (ICCSE 2026) will be held from July 21 to 25, 2026, in Budapest, Hungary, with the main venue at Óbuda University. The event is organized by the Computer Education Research Association of Chinese Universities and hosted by Óbuda University, with technical support from IEEE Hungary Section.
The conference program will feature peer-reviewed papers, special sessions, invited talks, poster presentations, panel discussions, and journal-author interactive sessions.The selected high-quality papers will be recommended for publication in high-impact journals. The conference is featured with Best Paper Awards and Best Student Paper Awards.

Paper Submission
Authors should submit the full version of their manuscripts online based on the instruction on ICCSE official website. The submitted manuscripts should be written in English and contain sufficient details including key concepts and novel features of the work, and must be formatted according to the Template. All submitted manuscripts intended for publication in the conference proceedings must comply with academic integrity requirements. The similarity index with previously published work should normally not exceed 25%. Manuscripts with excessive overlap will be rejected.
