In 2024, we are celebrating the 200th anniversary of the publication of Sadi Carnot's Reflections on the Motive Power of Fire and on Machines Fitted to Develop that Power, laying the foundations of the 2nd Law of Thermodynamics.
2024 is therefore an opportune moment to bring together thermodynamisicts linked to Belgium (in a broad sense), from both Academia and Industry. This meeting is a chance to discover and bridge different fields of thermodynamics and applications, share ideas, methods, and technological developments, and show how much thermodynamics is a useful and central discipline today.
Submission Guidelines
All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:
- Full papers (10 pages max.)
- Work in progress (3 pages max.)
Abstracts and papers should be in PDF format (file extension .pdf) and must be submitted only through the Easy Chair web platform.
Unless you have already one, you will be asked to create an Easy Chair account, by providing your full name and a valid e-mail address. After logging in, follow the instructions, step by step, and then use the "Submit" button at the bottom of the form. The required fields are marked by *.
You may submit as many abstracts as you wish by selecting New Submission from the EasyChair menu bar.
You can also modify a previously submitted abstract by selecting Submission 1 (if only one paper has been submitted) or My Submissions (for multiple submissions) from the Easy Chair menu bar.
