Submission Guidelines
Authors are invited to submit their work to one of the following two submission categories:
1. Full Paper Submissions
Full paper submissions must present original and unpublished work that is not under review elsewhere. Full papers must be prepared using the IEEE standard two-column conference paper template. Formatting instructions and templates are available via the IEEE PES Author's Kit and the AUPEC 2026 website. The maximum paper length for review is 5 pages, including references.
Accepted and presented full papers will be considered for publication in IEEE Xplore, subject to conference and IEEE requirements.
2. Abstract-only Presentation Submissions
Abstract-only submissions are intended for authors who wish to present their work at AUPEC 2026 without submitting a full paper for IEEE Xplore publication. Authors submitting to this category must provide the title, abstract, keywords, author information, and a one-page abstract PDF through EasyChair.
Accepted abstract-only submissions are for presentation only. They will not be published in IEEE Xplore, but may be included in the conference program booklet.
General Submission Requirements
Submitted files must:
- be in PDF format only
- not exceed 3 MB in size
- not be encrypted or password-protected
The review process is single-blind. Submissions of insufficient quality or with an unacceptably high similarity index may be desk rejected without external review.
Paper Submission
Submissions should be made via the AUPEC 2026 EasyChair submission portal:
https://easychair.org/my2/conference?conf=pesaupec26
Authors must submit their work to the appropriate EasyChair track:
- Full Papers
- Abstract-only Presentations
For submission, authors will be required to:
- enter the names, affiliations, countries/regions, and email addresses of all authors
- indicate the corresponding author
- enter the submission title and abstract
- provide keywords
- upload the appropriate PDF file for the selected track:
- full paper PDF for the Full Papers track
- a one-page abstract PDF for the Abstract-only Presentations track
At least one author of each accepted submission must register for the conference and present the work.
