Call for Abstracts
The theme of this year’s colloquium is: “Continuities, Disruptions, and Gaps in Philippine Historical Studies.”
We especially welcome submissions that engage directly with Philippine historical scholarship. At the same time, we encourage interdisciplinary and comparative approaches to Southeast Asian histories that offer broader insights.
The colloquium will be held online. Accepted participants will be organized into five panels. Each panelist will deliver a 7–10 minute presentation, followed by a roundtable discussion among participants.

- Subaltern Lives, Marginalized Narratives, and Disability in History
- Science, Medicine, and Knowledge Production in Philippine History
- Digital Humanities, Accessible Research, and Public History
- Historical Methods, Interdisciplinary, and Comparative Approaches
Submission Guidelines
- Submit a 100–150 word abstract in English via EasyChair
- Deadline: April 13, 2026
- All abstracts will undergo blind peer review.
