Submission Guidelines
The content of any submissions should be original and must not be submitted simultaneously for consideration towards publication in any other conference or journal. The following paper categories are welcome:

Papers Acceptance Requirements

The criteria for an article to be accepted for publication include:

1. The article should be original writing that enhances the existing body of knowledge in the given subject area. Original review articles and surveys are acceptable, even if new data/concepts are not presented.

2. Results reported have not been submitted or published elsewhere (although expanded versions of conference publications are eligible for submission).

3. Experiments, statistics, and other analyses are performed to a high technical standard and are described in sufficient detail.

4. Conclusions are presented in an appropriate fashion and are supported by the data.

5. The article is presented in an intelligible fashion and is written in Standard English.

6. Appropriate references to related prior published works must be included.

Reviewing Process

1. All manuscripts will be single-blind peer-reviewed and are expected to meet the scientific criteria of novelty and academic excellence.

2. The corresponding author is responsible for ensuring that the article’s publication has been approved by all other co-authors and takes responsibility for the paper during submission and peer review.

3. Review comments will be communicated to authors and they may require to do necessary revisions and send revised paper on or before prescribed day.

Note:
If the author is present at SEGRE2023 and makes a report, his/her paper will be published in a conference proceedings. If Authors fail to do that, their papers will be excluded from the proceeding.

Invited Speakers
- Yang Xiao is a full professor of Department of Computer Science at The University of Alabama. He is an IEEE fellow and IET Fellow. His research areas include Cyber-Physical Systems, Security, Internet of Things, Wireless Networks, Smart Grid, and Telemedicine. Prof. Xiao's researches have been supported by the US National Science Foundation (NSF), U.S. Army Research, Global Environment for Network Innovations (GENI), Fleet & Industrial Supply Center San Diego (FISCSD), FIATECH, and The University of Alabama's Research Grants Committee.
- Professor Fushuan Wen received the BE and ME degrees from Tianjin University, and the PhD degree from Zhejiang University, in 1991, all in electrical engineering. He joined the faculty of Zhejiang University in 1991, and has been a full professor and the director of the Institute of Power Economics and Information since 1997, and the director of Zhejiang University-Insigma Joint Research Center for Smart Grids since 2010. He has been undertaking various teaching, research and visiting appointments in National University of Singapore (NSTB Postdoctoral Fellow, Research Fellow), Hong Kong Polytechnic University (Research Fellow, Visiting Assistant Professor), University of Hong Kong (Research Assistant Professor), South China University of Technology (University Distinguished Professor), University of New South Wales in Australia (ARC Project Senior Fellow, Senior Visiting Fellow), Queensland University of Technology in Australia (CSIRO and ARC Project Visiting Fellow), Brunei University of Technology (Professor in Power Systems), Technical University of Denmark (Otto Monsted Guest Professor in Power Systems), Nanyang Technological University in Singapore (Visiting Fellow), Murdoch University in Australia (Adjunct Professor), Tallinn University of Technology (Professor in Energy Systems),Hangzhou Dianzi University in China (Yusheng XUE Education Foundation Distinguished Professor), Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organization (CSIRO) in Australia (Honorary Visiting Scientist), Shenzhen Institute of Artificial Intelligence and Robotics for Society(Visiting Principal Research Scientist). Prof Wen received many awards both at the national level and provincial level, including the most prestigious National Natural Science Award of China. He has been listed in "Most Cited Chinese Researchers" in seven consecutive years since 2015 by Elsevier, and is the author of one of the China's 100 Most Influential Domestic Academic Papers in 2016. Prof Wen is the editor-in-chief of Energy Conversion and Economics (SPERI, IET, Wiley), the deputy editor-in-chief of Journal of Automation of Electric Power Systems, a subject editor in power system economics of IET Generation, Transmission and Distribution, associate editor of Journal of Energy Engineering and Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy. He is also on the editorial boards of more than 10 journals. Prof Wen was the General Chairman of 2020 International Conference on Smart Grids and Energy Systems (SGES 2020), Nov. 23-26, 2020, Perth, Australia. Prof Wen was elected to IEEE Fellow for contributions to fault diagnosis in power grids. He has published 200+ SCI-indexed papers, 650+ EI-indexed papers, and 750+ Scopus-indexed papers. His publications have been cited for 16000+times. He has completed and is undertaking more than 180 grants and projects from governmental organizations and industry.
- Muhammad Junaid received a Ph.D., MS & B.Eng in Electrical Engineering in 2020, 2015 & 2011 respectively. He is currently serving as an Associate Professor at the School of Electrical Engineering, China University of Mining and Technology. He also had previously served as Lecturer (Power Engineering) at the Department of Electrical Engineering, SARHAD University of Science & Information Technology Pakistan. His research interest is in the Alternatives to the SF6 gas and Key technologies for Fault Current Interruption using Vacuum Interrupters, Cryogenic Dielectrics, and High voltage insulation. He is an active member of IEEE (Senior level), Chinese Society of Electrical Engineering (CSEE), European Society for Applied Superconductivity (ESAS), IAENG Hong Kong, & Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). At present, he is involved in 8 funded projects, has 2 Patents, and about 30 publications to his name.
- Haochun Zhang is a Professor at School of Energy Science and Engineering, Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT). He is the Head of the Department of Nuclear Science and Engineering and head of Institute of Nuclear Reactor Engineering, HIT, and executive professor of HIT-CORYS Nuclear System Simulation International Joint Research Center(Sino-France). With BSC (Engineering) in 1999, MSC (Engineering) in 2001 and Ph.D. in 2007 from Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT), Dr. Zhang joined HIT in September 2004. Dr. Zhang has about 150 research publications in peer-reviewed journals and conferences, 5 books, and 2 translations of foreign books. Apart from the main research in the area of engineering thermo-physics, currently, his research covers advanced nuclear system design, ultrasonic aircraft thermal protection and emerging meta-materials. Dr. Zhang is a recipient of the research fellowship of the Krupp Foundation and DAAD, Germany. He is the reviewer of more than 20 journals, many conferences and scientific funds in the area of nuclear engineering, heat transfer, mechanics and sustainable energy. Dr. Zhang is now in charge of research projects from DFG, national research natural foundation of China, ministry of education of China, ministry of science and technology of China and funds from international and enterprises collaboration. Dr. Zhang is a member of AAAS, ASME and AIAA, Director of China Energy Research Society. He was awarded the 2016 Best Paper of ASME MNHMT, 2015 Most Valued Reviewer by Journal of Quantitative Spectroscopy and Radiative Transfer, 2012 DAAD/DFG funds for Chinese scholar, the 2011 outstanding reviewer by ASME Journal of Heat Transfer and 2008 Krupp Fellowship for Chinese Young Scholar from Germany.
