MoStart 2025 marks the third edition of this annual international conference focused on digital transformation in education and the applications of artificial intelligence (AI). This year, we seek to bring together researchers, educators, and industry experts working across these fields to share insights and advance discussions on integrating advanced technologies and AI into various areas of human life, with a particular emphasis on education. MoStart 2025 will take place in the vibrant city of Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina, from April 23rd to April 25th, 2025.
Distinguished for its two-track approach, MoStart 2025 is structured to explore both Advanced Educational Technologies and Artificial Intelligence Applications. This setup allows participants to delve deeply into either track while appreciating the intersections and synergies between AI and education. The Advanced Educational Technologies track highlights innovations such as Intelligent Tutoring Systems, Augmented and Virtual Reality, and Robotics in Education, covering both the theoretical and practical implications of technology-empowered classrooms. Meanwhile, the Artificial Intelligence Applications track spans traditional AI fields and newer areas, such as ethical AI and AI solutions for global challenges. This unique focus on two evolving domains ensures that MoStart 2025 remains a hub for pioneering ideas, rigorous research, and meaningful exchanges.
Submission Guidelines
MoStart 2025 is pleased to announce an open call for papers and invites authors to submit their contributions in the form of scientific papers by February 1, 2025. Acceptance notifications will be sent to authors by March 1, 2025, with final, camera-ready submissions due by March 20, 2025. All submissions should be made through the EasyChair platform.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: The conference will be held in person, and physical attendance is required. However, in the event of travel restrictions that prevent physical participation, online presentations of scientific papers will be accommodated. For questions regarding this policy, please contact us at mostart@sum.ba.
Call for papers |
MoStart 2025 announces an open call for papers and invites authors to submit their contributions exclusively in the form of complete scientific papers (full papers or short papers, with short papers limited in number) by March 1, 2025. Full papers may be up to 12 pages in length. Please note that only complete papers (no abstract proposals or partial submissions) will be considered. Acceptance notifications will be sent to authors by March 20, 2025, with final, camera-ready submissions due by March 29, 2025. All submissions should be made through the EasyChair platform. |

All submissions should be made in PDF format, in English, through the EasyChair platform. Authors are required to use the Springer Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) / Communications in Computer and Information Science (CCIS) template for formatting. Templates and detailed formatting guidelines are available on the Springer website. We recommend Overleaf for paper preparation. If using images, graphs, or other visual aids that you did not create, please ensure you have the necessary permissions, which may involve contacting the original creator or paying a licensing fee. All visual aids must be of high quality and consistently formatted. Avoid low-resolution images or tables that are difficult to read. |
