The Knowledge-Based Organization (KBO) is an international conference organized annually and hosted by "Nicolae Balcescu" Land Forces Academy of Sibiu, Romania.

KBO Conference has became a registered trademark of the "Nicolae Balcescu" Land Forces Academy of Sibiu, bringing to the participants' attention new ideas and approaches related to the topic of knowledge-based organization, offering the opportunity to share experiences and scientific results in the academic and research environment, nationally and internationally.

The 32^th Edition of The Knowledge-Based Organization Conference KBO 2026 will take place on June 11-13, 2026 at "Nicolae Balcescu" Land Forces Academy of Sibiu, Romania.

Submission Guidelines

All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference and must be edited according to the conference`s template. Papers, written in English, should be submitted via Easy Chair system no later than May 1, 2026, describing the aims of the paper, methodology, results and the length of your paper should not be less than 4 pages, or more than 8 pages.
