Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Institute (OJKI), a government institution in Indonesia, opens a call for papers for public and academics. This activity is aimed to enrich the scientific studies on current issues, problems, and developments in the economics and financial services sector.

OJK has conducted the call for papers on a regular basis since 2021 and this has been the OJK’s annual agenda, which is later called “Karya Riset Ilmiah” or “Karisma OJKI” in abbreviation. In this 2025 Karisma OJKI is raising the theme about “Maintaining Financial Sector Resilience to Support Indonesian Economic Growth Amidst Global Geopolitical Tension".

Submission Guidelines

Requirements for Participants

1. Participants must adhere to the guidelines of scientific paper writing that the Committee has determined.
2. Each participant must submit a Curriculum Vitae (CV) of all the authors containing at least information on name, address, institution, phone number, email address, educational background, previous research, and publication.
3. Participants must register and submit all required documents online by visiting www.karismaojki.com by the call deadline.
4. Employees of Otoritas Jasa Keuangan are prohibited from participating in the Karisma OJKI 2025 Call for Papers.

General Guidelines

• The submitted manuscript should be written in individual or group that includes up to 3 authors
• The submitted manuscript should be original and should not have been submitted and published elsewhere in any form (original and unpublished paper)
• The submitted manuscript must not be a translation or a compilation of other written sources
• The submitted manuscript must have a title relevant to the proposed themes or topics
• The submitted manuscript may address either qualitative or quantitative methods

Research Paper Structure

1. The manuscript must be clearly written in English.
2. The manuscript should not exceed 35 pages and must be typewritten in Calibri, 12-point font, with 1.5 line spacing.
3. The manuscript should be provided with an Abstract of up to 200 words in English and accompanied by 3-5 keywords and two classification digits of Journal of Economic Literature (JEL).
