The conference is in line with our mission of nurturing and grooming socially sensitivebusiness leaders with a global outlook, supported by research-led teaching and strategicnational and international partnerships. It is dedicated to advancing this mission byproviding a platform for the presentation and discussion of cutting-edge research.Through this initiative, we aim to facilitate networking among peers and offer valuableinsights from industry experts, thus contributing to the development of globally consciousand socially responsible business leadership.

Submission Guidelines

All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:

•  LBSIM cordially invites submissions that delve into the theme "Resilience forSustainability: Management Practices and Strategies for the Future" and relatedsubjects, with a focus on advancing theoretical insights in this pivotal domain.Scholars are encouraged to submit extended abstracts of their research. Uponacceptance of the abstract, authors will be invited to submit full papers.
