Call for Paper
The 18th IIAI International Congress on Advanced Applied Informatics brings together scientists, engineers, computer users, and students to exchange and share their experiences, new ideas, and research results about all aspects (theory, applications and tools) of computer and information science, and discuss the practical challenges encountered and the solutions adopted. The conference is composed of the following special interest topics events:
- 20th International Conference on E-Service and Knowledge Management (ESKM 2025)
- 18th International Conference on Learning Technologies and Learning Environments (LTLE 2025)
- 18th International Conference on Data Science and Institutional Research (DSIR 2025)
- 17th International Conference on Smart Computing and Artificial Intelligence (SCAI 2025)
- 10th International Conference on Business Management of Technology (BMOT 2025)
- 10th International Conference on Social and Business Information Technologies (SBIT 2025)
- 8th International Conference on Interaction Design and Digital Creation / Computing (IDDC 2025)
- 6th International Conference on Decision Science, Theory and Management (DSTM 2025)
- 3rd International Conference on Computational and Data Sciences in Economics and Finance (CDEF 2025)
All papers will be peer reviewed and accepted papers will appear in the Conference Proceedings. Also, selected papers are invited to submit extended version to some following post-conference publications.

Publications
CPS publishes the papers in technical & ICT scope (theory, development and application) for CPS publication(*). IIAI Digital Library (IIAI OCPS) publishes papers in education, management, and interdisciplinary research with natural and social science in the scope of the conference, which are not included in CPS publication. Paper assignment to each publication is done by CPS and IIAI.
(*) Content will be submitted to the indexing companies for possible indexing. Indexing services are independent organizations, and the publisher cannot guarantee that any particular abstract or index entry will be included in Ei Compendex or any other indexing service.
Submission Guidelines
We are currently under contract with publishers. IIAI AAI 2025 publishes 2 categories of publications.
- [ICT papers] The papers in technical & ICT scope (theory, development and application).
- [INT papers] The papers in education, management, and interdisciplinary research with natural and social science in the scope of the conference.
Paper templates of above categories are different. Please find the paper template in next section.
Formatting and templates
[ICT Papers] in technical & ICT scope (theory, development and application)
The following templates below, are general templates designed for conferences using an US Letter (8.5″ x 11″) trim size. See CPS webpage.
- Upload your paper in two column format via the following system in PDF format, or you can submit your paper in the final manuscript format.
- The format of the final manuscript should be in a two-column format and 6 pages for full paper (for oral presentation), 4 pages for short papers (for oral presentation), or 2 pages for poster papers (for poster presentation) in length. Up to an extra 2 pages can be purchased at registration time.
- The file that you submit should include the paper title, abstract, keywords, and introduction followed by the body of your paper. The author’s name and address MUST NOT appear in this file. This is to facilitate a blind review.
- Please enter at least three keywords at the time of submission. We need this information when determining reviewers for your paper. Also, Please select relevant topics from the topic areas.
- Submissions, refereeing, and all correspondence will be conducted by e-mail.
