The global energy landscape is evolving rapidly, spurred by technological advancements and growing concerns about climate change. As a result, the development of new energy power systems has become a critical focus of research and innovation. The concept of a new energy power system encompasses various topics, including renewable energy sources, energy storage, smart grids, electric vehicles, and energy efficiency. Advancements in these areas have the potential to revolutionize the way we generate, distribute, and consume energy, and to create a more sustainable, reliable, and resilient energy infrastructure.

We invite you to contribute to and participate in ICSGSC 2024, to be held in Shanghai, China from October 25th to 27th, 2024. ICSGSC is an annual conference series that has been held since 2017. 2024 the 8th International Conference on Smart Grid and Smart Cities (ICSGSC) is a platform for presenting outstanding results and addressing new challenges facing the field of Smart Grid and Smart Cities. ICSGSC 2024 is sponsored by Shanghai University of Electric Power, China and hosted by the School of Electric Power Engineering.  

ICSGSC 2024 offers a comprehensive program, including keynote speeches, invited talks, panel discussions, and regular papers. We look forward to your contributions and participation in making this event a resounding success. The excellent presentation and best paper award will be granted, serving as an incentive to attend. We hope that you will join us at ICSGSC 2024.

Submission Guidelines

The conference only publish full papers, if you want your paper be published, you need send us the full paper.

The full paper should be at least 4 full pages and less than 10 pages. The authors should admit that the submitted paper is original, unpublished, and not submitted concurrently for publication elsewhere.

Manuscript Submission

Papers will be reviewed based on the relevance, innovation, integrality, the “literary” presentation and the technical depth. Manuscript should contains text, in sequence of title, authors and their affiliations, abstract, keywords, main text part, acknowledgments, references and figure/table captions list in Word document (maximum 10 pages, including references and tables). Papers should present in a concise way the purpose of the paper, main theoretical framework/ assumptions and if applicable research methods and preliminary and/or expected results.
