The International Conference on Computers Communications and Control (ICCCC) has been founded in 2006 by I. Dzitac, F.G. Filip and M.-J. Manolescu and organized every two years by Agora University of Oradea, under the aegis of the Information Science and Technology Section of Romanian Academy.

The goal of this conference is to bring together international researchers, scientists in academia and industry to present and discuss in a friendly environment their latest research findings on a broad array of topics in computer networking and control.

All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:

• Each paper must consist of a minimum of 6 pages, recommended between 6 and 16 pages and in LaTex format (one column, A4);
• The papers must describe original, previously unpublished, completed research that is not currently being reviewed by another conference or journal, addressing cutting-edge research and development in all areas related to networking and computer control;
• An author can submit a maximum of 2 works!

• Abstract or Full Paper Draft Submission via Easy Chair : May 31, 2024;
• Notification of Acceptance/Rejection of Abstracts: June 10, 2024;
• Full Paper Submission via Easy Chair : 21 June, 2024;
• Notification of Acceptance/Rejection of Papers: July 21, 2024;
• Final Submission of Accepted Papers via Easy Chair : July 22 - August 23, 2024;
• Conference Fees Transfer: 1 - 30 August, 2024;
• Registration form: until August 30, 2024;
• ICCCC 2024 Deployment: October 8-12, 2024;
• Final submission of the paper accepted/presented to ICCCC 2024 via IJCCC : October 14 – November 30, 2024.

Notes:

• Papers accepted/presented to ICCCC 2024 will undergo a final review process prior to publication as required by the IJCCC!
• Until 20.12.2024, authors will be notified with the distribution of papers definitively accepted for publication in issues 1-6 of the IJCCC 2025!

The Dziţac Family will award the Ioan Dziţac Prize worth 500 € for the most appreciated scientific paper presented at ICCCC 2024 by a promising young researcher.

ICCCC2024 Fees*

Variant A. Basic variant (without accommodation) that includes:

• full access to the conference program and folder;
• conference materials and coffee breaks;
• including a CD containing the Preprints with the accepted papers of registered participant;
• reception banquets and daily meals (lunch and dinner on October 9-10);
• excursion (Mountain Resort) or relaxing at the spa (October 11, meals included);
• paper scheduled for publication in one of issues 1-6 of IJCCC 2025;
• 1100 € (400 euro Participation fee + 700 only for the papers selected to be published in th IJCCC journal).

Variant B. Basic variant (with accommodation) that includes:

• full access to the conference program and folder;
• conference materials and coffee breaks;
• including a CD containing the Preprints with the accepted papers of registered participant;
• reception banquets and daily meals (lunch and dinner on October 9-10);
• excursion (Mountain Resort) or relaxing at the spa (October 11, meals included);
• free access to the Hotel President facilities: indoor pool / outdoor pool with thermal water; sauna and Jacuzzi; fitness; sport facilities (football, tennis); guarded indoor parking; Internet - Wireless;
• paper scheduled for publication in one of issues 1-6 of IJCCC 2025;
• 1500 € (800 euro Participation fee + 700 only for the papers selected to be published in th IJCCC journal).

Variant C. Online version (for exceptional situations) that includes:

• online access to the conference folder;
• paper assigned for publication in one of issues 1-6 of IJCCC 2025;
• 900 € (200 euro Participation fee + 700 only for the papers selected to be published in th IJCCC journal)

• There is no discount for the participants that cannot participate to the full program of the conference;
• We can accept request for discount (10%) from PhD students;
• Discount for a co-author, an attendant without paper or an accompanying person (family member) is 50%.
