The field of Communications, Circuits, and Systems has experienced significant growth in recent years, driven by advancements in wireless communication, the Internet of Things (IoT), and integrated circuits technology. This field encompasses the design, analysis, and optimization of circuits and systems that enable communication between devices and networks, including but not limited to RF and microwave circuits, wireless communication systems, digital signal processing, power electronics, and control systems.
2025 IEEE the 14th International Conference on Communications, Circuits, and Systems (ICCCAS) will be held in Wuhan, China from May 23-25, 2025. The conference is sponsored by IEEE and Wuhan University of Technology, China, technically co-sponsored by University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, China, hosted by Wuhan University of Technology, China.
ICCCAS has been an annual conference series since 2002, with a rich history of 23 years and thousands of delegates participating and contributing. It provides a forum for presenting excellent results and new challenges facing the field of Communications, Circuits, and Systems. The conference aims to provide a platform for researchers, engineers, and industry professionals to share the latest developments and ideas in this field, and to discuss the challenges and opportunities for future research and applications. The conference will cover a broad range of topics, including communication systems and networks, signal processing and analysis, power electronics and renewable energy systems, as well as emerging areas such as machine learning and artificial intelligence in communications and circuits.
Submission Guidelines
FULL PAPERS
The conference only publish full papers, if you want your paper to be published, full length of paper should be submitted at the beginning.
Please prepare your paper under the template. Official language is English in paper writing and presenting.
Each paper should have no less than 4 pages normally, 10 pages maximum. 5-6 pages are recommended, including all figures, tables, and references.
One regular registration is within SIX Pages. Extra pages will be charged at 70 USD per extra page.
ABSTRACTS
If you would like to make presentation without publishing paper, please just send over abstract for review.
Please prepare your abstract under the template. Official language is English in abstract writing and presenting.
Normally, submitted abstract length is within 300 words.
Submitted abstracts must clearly state the objective of the work, the results and accomplishments and their significance, the advancement over previous work.

Publication
After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers after proper registration and presentation, will be published in the ICCCAS Conference Proceedings. Conference content will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore and indexed by Ei Compendex and Scopus, as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases.
