Dear Colleagues/Researchers,
You are cordially invited to submit your research papers (English, Word files or PDF files) for presentation consideration at the international conference on Green and Circular Transitions toward Sustainable Development: Empirical Evidence, Policy, and Practice (GCTSD2026) that will take place on November 05th, 06th 2026 in Tra Vinh University, Hoa Thuan Ward, Vinh Long Province, Vietnam. To accommodate global participation, the conference will be conducted in a Hybrid Mode (combining Onsite sessions with an Online platform.
The International Conference on Green and Circular Transitions toward Sustainable Development: Empirical Evidence, Policy, and Practice organized by the cooperation between the College of Economics and Law (CEL) of Tra Vinh University, Vietnam; Southeastern Philippines – Philippine, Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta – Indonesia, Savannakhet University, Laos PDR, and Bac Lieu University. It is a forum for researchers, lecturers, graduate students of Tra Vinh University, domestic and foreign lecturers, researchers, and scientists to share research results and experience on the related topics of Green and Circular Transitions toward Sustainable Development.
Emphasis will be placed on topics of shared relevance to Vietnam and the international community in the context of green transformation and circular development. The conference aims to provide a platform where diverse perspectives and approaches can be compared and integrated, fostering academic dialogue and practical solutions to sustainability challenges. At the same time, the event seeks to strengthen scientific collaboration, enhance research quality, and create opportunities for lecturers, researchers, and graduate students to publish their work in reputable national and international outlets.
The conference will be organized in a hybrid format, allowing both in-person and online presentations. Participants are warmly encouraged to submit their research and actively engage in scholarly exchange.

For the general abstracts, the requirements for an initial submission include: Title and Abstract (about 150 – 400 words, text only)
Early submission is highly encouraged and a decision is made as soon as the peer-review process is completed.
All submitted papers will be reviewed by the scientific committee based on the criteria of originality, significance, quality and clarity. Presentations that share a topic with a corresponding presenter of a different perspective will be prioritized. High-quality submissions could be invited for submissions to the International Standard Book Number or the Institute for Scientific Information.

Full Papers in English are typed on A4 paper with Times New Roman font, size 13, line spacing 1.5, length from 5000 - 8000 words. The paper is presented in the form of a scientific article at https://journal.tvu.edu.vn/index.php/journal/manuscript_formatting_guide
