Workshop on Compiler Techniques and System Software for High-Performance and Embedded Computing (CTHPC) is one of the most prominent domestic academic conferences in the fields of computer compilation systems and parallel computing in Taiwan. Since its inaugural session in 1995, it has reached its 30th edition. The workshop focuses on future research and development in high-performance computing systems and compilation techniques. Key topics include embedded systems, real-time systems, computer architecture, and compilation techniques for multi-core processors and embedded systems, as well as the development of technologies and applications for cluster and grid computing. Furthermore, in response to the evolution of the Internet, critical research areas such as network computing, mobile computing, peer-to-peer (P2P) computing, and ubiquitous computing are also prioritized. 

The 31st Workshop on Compiler Techniques and System Software for High-Performance and Embedded Computing (CTHPC 2026) is scheduled to be held at National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University (NYCU). The primary objective of this conference is to provide a platform for experts, scholars, and graduate students in the fields of compiler techniques and system software for high-performance and embedded computing to exchange ideas and present their latest research findings. We welcome submissions from academia, industry, and research institutions detailing recent research achievements and ongoing projects. In addition to paper presentations, the workshop will feature keynote speeches by distinguished scholars from home and abroad. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in in-depth discussions with fellow experts, sharing the latest technological advancements and knowledge in the domain of high-performance and embedded computing system software.
