AKEPT2024: NAVIGATING THE CURRENTS OF CHANGE: LEADERSHIP READINESS IN THE AGE OF AI

This book publication is a continuation of the Akademi Kepimpinan Pendidikan Tinggi (AKEPT) Forum on "NAVIGATING THE CURRENTS OF CHANGE: LEADERSHIP READINESS IN THE AGE OF AI" that was held on 8th November 2023.

During the forum, a group of knowledgeable experts, researchers, professionals, and policymakers came together to delve into the complex topic of how artificial intelligence is affecting employment dynamics. Through discussion and exploration, the group sought to gain a deeper understanding of the ways in which this rapidly advancing technology is having an impact on the workforce.

Thus, the AKEPT BOOK CHAPTER aims:

1. To offer AKEPT participants a detailed book that explores the social and economic impact of AI development on employment, as well as strategies and policies that promote inclusiveness and sustainable growth in the face of AI-driven change.
2. To provide a platform for academics, researchers, and technologists to publish their research on specific AI-related topics.

Submission

• All papers MUST be original and not concurrently submitted to any other journal or conference.
• The article MUST be relevant to the title of the book chapter.
• Please use the Springer template to prepare your submission.
• Reviews will be single-blind.
