The international conference on AI, Intellectual Property Rights, and Digital Technologies in a Globalized World offers an interdisciplinary platform to examine how artificial intelligence and data-driven technologies are reshaping law, markets, and organizational governance. As digital innovation transcends national boundaries, the conference focuses on emerging challenges in data governance, data management, intellectual property, and digital risk in a globally interconnected economy. The conference addresses the management and governance of advanced technologies, including AI/ML systems, blockchain, smart contracts, digital assets, semiconductors, and secure digital infrastructures. Key themes include privacy-preserving AI, cybersecurity and threat detection, algorithmic accountability, platform economies, standard essential patents, IP licensing, and access to essential data, highlighting the strategic and regulatory implications for organizations and policymakers. Bringing together academics, policymakers, industry leaders, legal professionals, and technologists, the conference promotes dialogue on responsible AI, ethical design, sustainable innovation, and digital transformation strategy. Through discussions on AI-enabled business models, commercialization, competition, and cross-border IP and data disputes, the conference seeks to inform effective policy frameworks and managerial practices for a secure, innovative, and inclusive digital future.
